Inside our Fort Worth 3PL: bulk storage built for scale

A walk through Jorstin's Fort Worth facility — how we lay out racking, manage SKU velocity, and keep bulk pallet storage moving for high-volume shippers.

Inside our Fort Worth 3PL: bulk storage built for scale

Built for the way freight actually moves

Our Fort Worth warehouse sits on a major north-south freight corridor with quick access to DFW, the Port of Houston, and rail. The building was laid out around the way pallets actually move through a 3PL — wide aisles for reach trucks, dedicated staging for inbound and outbound, and racking heights tuned for the SKUs our customers ship most.

Storage profiles we run

  • Selective racking for fast-moving consumer goods
  • Drive-in racking for homogeneous, slow-turn SKUs
  • Floor-loaded bulk for project freight and oversized pallets
  • Climate-controlled zones for sensitive products

What scale actually means

Scale isn't just square footage — it's the discipline to receive, putaway, pick, and ship without losing accuracy as volume climbs. We staff our WMS with cycle counts that catch drift before it becomes a customer issue, and we share inventory visibility back to shippers in near real time.
